ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Security Technician at Great Security, you will play a central role in ensuring customer safety. You will work both independently and in a team with the installation, service, and maintenance of advanced security systems. Together, you will ensure the highest quality and safety for customers. The work is varied – one day you will work with a private customer, and the next day you will be part of a larger project in a public environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining various types of security systems, including alarms, access control systems, and door automation, as well as handling troubleshooting and documentation.

• Install and commission alarm and security systems
• Perform service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing systems
• Adapt tasks and project plans based on daily changes
• Customer contact and technical support on-site

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Holds a B driver's license
• Fluently speaks Swedish as it is required for the job's tasks
• Has an interest in technology and security, preferably related to alarms
• Has a basic understanding of technology and the ability to work practically; in other words, you are handy and used to fixing and solving problems
• Has a long-term interest in the profession, a desire to learn, and develop over time
• Can work independently and take responsibility

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with low current or similar technical installations.
• Worked in a similar role previously
• A background as a property caretaker, car mechanic, electrician, or industrial worker
• Curiosity and drive to constantly develop within security and alarms

• The position is security classified, which means that a security review, including a background check, will be conducted in connection with employment (in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act).
